Special mention goes out to Innocentia at the reception desk for always being a smiling face willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is amazing and also to Triphena who ensures the rooms are spotless everyday and always has a positive attitude and warm smile

The location was fairly central, but a bit far from where I needed to be. I mentioned this to the manager and he was extremely helpful is assisting me to find somewhere closer to my conference, and allowing me to shorten my booking. The staff were great, always ready to assist.

The location was very good as I was staying in Johannesburg only for 1 night. 30 min drive from airport and very safe place. The staff was really polite and friendly. We arrived late and ordered dinner in the room which was very nice. Breakfast was full and very nice. I would have been very happy should my stay be longer.

The location was close to the office I needed to be at. The property and grounds was well maintained and clean. I did not partake in the breakfast but the dinner at the hotel was lovely.

The Staff; from security, to front desk and everybody else we encountered were absolutely friendly. Breakfast was great and got us ready for the long day we had ahead of us on New Year's Day.
